Last week, our high school and college interns kicked off their summer experience by completing New Employee Safety Orientation (NESO), where they learned more about our company, our safety-first culture, and the values that guide our work every day. They also participated in a mini ProStart session and lift training to build a foundation in field basics before stepping into their summer roles.
Over the next few weeks, these interns will gain hands-on exposure across several areas of our business, including the field, project engineering, estimating, BIM, and marketing. Weβre excited to help them learn, grow, and explore the many career paths available in the electrical industry.
