Ace Electric AMPED Program

What is AMPED? It is a partnership with local high schools and Technical Colleges to provide juniors and seniors the opportunity to build work related skills and gain hands-on training combined with education. 

Program Benefits:

  • High Demand Job Skills

  • Real World Training

  • Partner with Local High School Work Based Learning Programs

  • Partner with Wiregrass Technical College (Valdosta) and Ogeechee Technical College (Statesboro) Dual Enrollment Programs

  • Placement on a preferred hiring List upon completion of the AMPED Program

Who's Eligible?

Students recommended for AMPED should:

  • Have good work ethic

  • Have good attendance

  • Have reliable transportation

  • Be available to work fulltime during the months of June and July

  • Be willing to abide by all Ace policies and procedures
