The 149,000 SF sports and event center consists of five levels (Event, Concourse, Suite, Overlook and Catwalk) with a maximum capacity of 9,000 seats. The arena is the permanent home to the Savannah Ghost Pirates hockey team as well as a premium event venue for entertainers such as Morgan Wallen, Bon Jovi, Jimmy Buffett and the Eagles. The electrical scope of work included the installation of electrical and fire alarm systems as well as low voltage raceways to the arena and adjacent 400-space parking deck.
