This new 145,000 square-feet, 12-story, 170-unit hotel also includes a five-level parking deck. Due to the extremely small site (.62 acres), a lot of logistical planning and coordination was required by Yates, Ace and all the other trades. The new hotel is located downtown, directly across from the Georgia Aquarium and within walking distance of the new Mercedes Benz Stadium and other attractions.
