Ace University’s Role in New Hire Onboarding
Ace University plays a critical role in Ace Electric’s onboarding process by preparing new hires to enter the field safe, confident, and job-ready. Through a structured progression of training programs, employees are introduced to company expectations, safety standards, and foundational electrical skills from day one.
This onboarding pathway ensures consistency across all divisions and supports Ace Electric’s commitment to safety, quality, and urgency in everything we do.
