NESO (New Employee Safety Orientation)
- Introduction to Ace Electric’s safety culture and expectations
- Overview of company policies, procedures, and jobsite standards
- Training on PPE, hazard recognition, and safe work practices
- Establishes a consistent safety foundation across all employees
- Delivered in both English and Spanish
Mini ProStart
- Immediate follow-up to NESO with hands-on exposure
- Introduction to tools, materials, and basic electrical tasks
- Reinforces safety through Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Pre-Task Planning
- Focus on proper tool usage and jobsite behavior
- Prepares new hires for real-world field conditions
ProStart
- Expanded hands-on training designed to build core electrical skills
- Covers installation techniques such as:
- Conduit bending and installation
- MC cable installation and termination
- Basic circuit wiring and device installation
- Emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency
- Delivered through structured lab environments and real-world scenarios
